What should I do if I did not receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email?

Please check your Spam E-Mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If you continue to encounter issues with your order or notifications please contact our customer service at: sales@amsterdamtulipmuseum.com.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it is shipped?

Yes, you can. Please send us an email to sales@amsterdamtulipmuseum.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes (including cancellations) to orders after they have been shipped. Why is is my credit card declined?

What are the shipping costs?

Benelux € 7,50 / free shipping for orders over € 100
Europe (EU) € 13,00 / free shipping for orders over € 125
Rest Europe (non EU) € 15,00 / free shipping for orders over € 150
Rest of the world € 24,50 / free shipping for orders over € 200

The receiver of the package is liable to pay any inbound duties, taxes and fees which your local customs authority deems appropriate. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies please contact your local customs office.

How will my package be shipped to me?

We use different parcel couriers depending on the weight and destination of a shipment. We ship via PostNL or DHL. All orders will arrive well-protected in sealed plain box(es) or envelope(s). Our staff is trained to handle all products with the utmost care.

When will my order be processed?

We start immediately, which actually means within 2-3 business days depending on the day. Orders placed in on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. We can not ship on national holidays.

When will my order arrive?

Standard shipping times Benelux and Germany: 5-7 business days.
Rest of Europe: 10-15 business days.
International orders outside of the EU: 15-20 business days.

We do not ship to the following countries!

Amsterdamtulipmuseum.om does not ship to following countries because we have found that too many times shipments get lost at customs and/or the amount of import documentation and/or exuberant cost of shipping and duties. We are sorry to have to take these measures but truly hope for your understanding.

Returns & Exchange

What is your return & exchange policy?

Only items purchased on the official www.amsterdamtulipmuseum.com shop can be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. All of our products (excluding sale items) can be returned as long as they have not been used in any way and are in their original state with the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for items purchased in our physical store.

How can I exchange my order for another size or product?

We do not offer exchange. If you prefer a different size or colour, follow our return guide and place a new order with the correct size via our website.

How can I return my order?

To initiate a return, please email costumer service: shop@amsterdamtulipmuseum.com and and inform us about the reason for the return. When the announced return meets the conditions, you will receive an email confirmation. Add a printed copy of this email confirmation to the return. Unfortunately, we do not accept unannounced returns.
